Nash Warren Insurance Awarded Feefo gold trusted merchant accreditation 2019
As a result of high customer satisfaction figures throughout the past year, Feefo – the global feedback engine have awarded Nash Warren Insurance the Feefo Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation 2019, the fourth year in a row, in recognition of our “consistently high scores in customer service throughout the year”. This is obviously something that we’re extremely proud of, but for those of you that perhaps don’t know of Feefo, here is a little more information: 
Who are Feefo?
Feefo is a Global feedback and review engine and in fact is “working hard to be the world’s most trusted supplier of ratings and reviews”. Rather than us asking you directly about your experience with us and our products, Feefo do that independently, on our behalf. Feefo provides totally impartial, honest feedback – we have no control over the reviews and so you can be assured that all feedback is always 100% genuine.
How long have Nash Warren Insurance been using Feefo?
We actually only started to use Feefo in February 2015, since then we have received just over 300 reviews with a perfect score of 100%, which is absolutely excellent and proves that we really know what we are doing when it comes to selling insurance! (only genuine proven customers can leave reviews).

Feefo’s Trusted Merchant Accreditation “recognises the hard-work and excellent customer service that merchants consistently deliver, in the opinion of their genuine customers. ” There are three accolades available, of which Nash Warren Insurance have been awarded the highest possible.”
“Gold Trusted Merchant, a business is required to receive 100 replies or more, with an average Service Rating of between 95% and 100%.”
